CJ Compression Fittings have a pressure rating of PN 12.5, they are manufactured in accordance to BS 5114:1975 and ISO 3458, ISO 3459, ISO 3501 & ISO 3503. The body & locking nuts of Compression Fittings are made of Polypropylene; The clinching rings are made of Acetal Copolymer and; It comes with O'Rings of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) with hardness approximately 70 Shores. (70 A) PP Compression Fittings are widely used for PE branch lines in potable water distribution, temporary water supply for construction sites, Irrigation and Sprinkler System for agriculture. PP Compression Fittings provide the simplest and most economic solution that ensure fast and safe connections and their suitability for reuse are its outstanding features. |

CJ PP Clamp Saddle is designed for tapping connections from PE Service Main. It is made of Polypropylene and conformed to Public Works Department (JKR) Standard for Clamp Saddle. It has many advantages over the Cast Iron Saddle, as PP Saddle is absolutely rust-free and corrosion-free. It comes with a wider saddle body, which has demonstrated a perfect gripping effect on PE Pipes, and it has very high impact strength and has a pressure rating of 16 Bar working pressure. The material for the bolts and nuts of the saddle is either Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel. The Carbon Steel bolts and nuts shall be zinc plating or with polymeric coating such as Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder (FBEP) or Rilsan Nylon 11. CJ PP Clamp Saddle is designed for PE Pipes ranging from 32 mm O.D. up to 225 mm O.D., having options for Boss / Tapping outlets of 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2" or 2" BSP. |

CJ PA / PP Clamp Saddle is specially designed for tapping connections for uPVC Pipes. It is also suitable to be used for Ductile Iron Pipe of smaller diameters. CJ PA / PP Clamp Saddle is also called Reinforce Nylon Saddle because the material used to make the saddle consists of Polypropylene and Polyamide (Nylon). This engineering plastic has made the saddle very strong, with high impact strength and capable to withstand very high pressure. (It has undergone a Hydrostatic Pressure Test of 43.2 Bar Pressure). CJ PA / PP Saddle are manufactured in accordance to Public Work Department (JKR) Standards. It also showcases the similar advantages in service connection and installation as PP Clamp Saddle. |

PE BUTT FUSION FITTINGS CJ PE Butt Fusion Fittings are divided into 2 categories: A. PE Injection Moulded
Fittings A. PE INJECTION MOULDED FITTINGS CJ PE Injection Moulded Fittings such as PE Stub Ends (Stub Flange), PE Reducers and PE End Caps are very essential components in constitution of a PE Pipe System. These fittings are manufactured in accordance to DIN 16963 Standards. The material used for these fittings is of grade MRS 80 / PE 80. The fittings are available in different thickness and pressure rating. |
